This is a note from our IT group regarding a Go To Webinar issue

I just got off the phone with a NW employee who was having trouble getting into the course. Every time she tried to launch GoToMeeting she would get a message that said "The installer could not find a suitable folder to install to". I had never seen this message so I looked it up and Citrix actually has a support page for the problem, which I included below. One thing it mentions is that the user may need to re-install Java, so I had her try that. She said the installer kept bringing her back to the webpage, so may have installed and just closed. Then she closed the course and web browser, cleared her cache, and reopened the course. Everything worked fine.
