Many times learners don't meet our system
requirements, e.g. they don't have Flash installed. It could also be
that they're missing something on the page to click, so it's possible to
be user error. We always recommend that folks go to our user requirements doc (https://collabornation.net/system-requirements) to make sure they have everything in "Green" - that gives the best chance of success in taking our course (anything in yellow may not work, anything in red will not work. See image below). If you are still having problems we recommend that you log completely off then log back in. Still having problems, please call our trouble support line at 888-685-4440 or put in a trouble ticket in our Support Hub system.
