  1. Make sure that all required aspects of the page has finished. This may include videos playing the full duration, listening to all audio, or interacting with everything on the page.
  2. Try going back a page in the course, then moving forward within the course.
  3. Try exiting the course and re-opening it.
  4. Try taking the course in another browser.
