Note to CypherWorx staff: Only one course

  1. Welcome: Must click on continue, then listen to all audio.

  2. Intro Video: Must watch the video, then next wil become enabled.

  3. Our Mission: Must listen to all audio, then next will become enabled.

  4. Timeline: Must click each of the orange circles on the red vertical bar down the middle of the page. There are 14 total, and all audio for each must be listened to before next will become enabled. When each is complete, a white checkmark will appear over top of the circle.

  5. Branches: Must click each of the branches to the left. You must listen to all audio to receive a checkmark for that branch. After all the checks appear, next will become enabled.

  6. Core Values: Must click on each of the tile sections (4 total) before next is enabled. All audio must be listened to before being able to click next. Checkmarks will appear on each of the core value’s pictures once audio is complete.

  7. Customer Service Approach: Must listen to all introductory audio, then three red boxes will appear on the screen (Customer Service, Member Engagement, and Retention). When clicking each box, a popup will appear with more information. The popups will automatically close when the audio is complete, and the red box will change to an orange/yellow color. When all three boxes are that orange/yellow color, conclusion audio will play. When that final audio is complete, a popup will appear at bottom right with a gray button that says “What’s Next?” Click the button and more audio will play and graphics will appear on the screen. After this audio is complete, next will become enabled.

  8. Diversity and Inclusion: After introductory audio is complete, click the five purple buttons that appear to the left of the course screen. There are additional requirements for completion for each one of the button sections. Once each is complete, a checkmark will appear on the button:

    1. Definitions: Drag the definitions to the terms and listen to audio

    2. Objective: Listen to audio and read information from screen

    3. Practice: Listen to audio and read information from screen

    4. Equal Employment: Listen to audio and read information from screen

    5. Resources: Listen to audio and read information from screen

  9. Harassment Policy: This section has 5 subsections. You must click the tabs at the bottom right of the shape on screen to move between sub-sections.

    1. Harassment will not be tolerated - Listen to all audio and then you may move on by clicking the tab in the bottom right.

    2. Defining Harassment - Click the four buttons to see the definitions of each type of harassment, then click the tab at bottom right, like before.

    3. Reporting a Claim -You must listen to brief line of audio, then read the information on the screen. Click the yellow-orange tab at bottom right of shape to move on.

    4. Confidentiality - Again, must listen to audio, then read the information on screen. Click the yellow tab at bottom right of shape.

    5. Corrective Action - Have to listen to audio, then read information on screen. Next will become enabled after audio is complete.

  10. Our Programs: Listen to intro audio, and then click the 9 buttons to learn about the highlighted core and signature program offerings. Listen to all audio for each program, and a checkmark will appear on that button. When all checkmarks are visible, next will become enabled.

  11. Resources: Listen to intro audio, then click the three buttons at left side of the page to learn more about each resource. For each one, a popup will appear. Listen to all audio. When it is finished, an X button will appear at the top right of the popups to close them. Once you close the popup, a checkmark will appear on that button to mark it as complete. When all three are complete, next will become enabled.

  12. Open Communication: Must listen to audio, then an orange button will appear at bottom right of screen that says “First step - click here.” Click that button; a popup will appear that includes five steps’ buttons. Click each button to view the five steps of problem resolution. As each is clicked, a checkmark will appear on that step. When all five are complete, next will become enabled.

  13. Child Abuse Section Title Page: Must listen to all audio, then next will become enabled.

  14. Types of Abuse: Click the four types of abuse either in the legend in top right corner or on the pie chart (you do not need to click ‘Other Maltreatment’). A popup definition will appear when clicking each one. From there, click “Back to types of abuse” to choose another term. Checkmarks will appear within the legend once each term is viewed. Then, a popup will appear. Click “Indicators of Abuse Activity” to move on to the activity. Instructions will appear on an orange popup box. Listen to introductory audio. When complete, a ‘Begin’ button will appear; click it to start the drag and drop activity. Once you’ve dragged all items from the word bank, feedback will appear. If you miss any, you must click one more button to view the correct responses. Once all the correct responses are showing, more feedback will appear in the orange box to the left of the screen, which must be read. There is a button to download a PDF with more information. Then, the next button will become enabled.

  15. Facility Policies: Listen to introductory audio, then click the three categories, one at a time (Indoors, Outdoors, and Locker Rooms).

    1. Indoors: Click Adults or Children; then, click the flashing pink hotspots to view specific design features of adult and child restrooms. Once you’ve been through both, return to main menu by clicking the button that pops up in the bottom righthand corner. In main menu, Indoors will be marked as complete (faded purple over picture).

    2. Outdoors: Click the three flashing pink hotspots on the image to view more information about outdoor restroom facility policies. Once all three have been clicked, return to menu by clicking the button that pops up at bottom right.

    3. Locker Rooms: Click the three flashing hotspots on the image. Once all three have been clicked, return to menu by clicking the button that pops up at bottom right.

  16. Safety Section Title Page: Listen to audio, then next will become enabled.

  17. Accidents and Injuries: Listen to intro audio, then five steps’ buttons will appear. Click them, and listen to all audio for each step. Once all audio is complete, a checkmark will appear on each button. When all five checkmarks are showing, next will become enabled.

  18. Hazcom: Listen to intro audio, then click through four buttons at right. Once all four are complete, checkmarks will appear on each one. When all four checkmarks are showing, next will become enabled. To receive a checkmark and complete each:

    1. SDS contains: Listen to audio and click the three buttons

    2. When to consult: Listen to all audio

    3. Reading the SDS: Click the 16 buttons (for 12-15, you only have to click one of them)

    4. Other important points: Listen to all audio

  19. Employee Safety: Listen to intro audio, then click the two buttons at left. Once complete, checkmarks will appear on each. To complete them:

    1. Preventing Minor Accidents: Listen to audio, and then click the 6 steps buttons.

    2. Working in a Safe Environment: Listen to the introductory audio, then click the four numbered buttons.

  20. Signature Page: Listen to the audio and complete the form on screen before continuing. Next will become enabled after the audio is complete. Completed forms go to: sbly@ymcade.org and naponte@ymcade.org
