This is a note from our IT group regarding a Go To Webinar issue


A NW employee was having trouble getting into the course. Every time she tried to launch GoToMeeting she would get a message that said "The installer could not find a suitable folder to install to". Citrix has a support page for the problem. The user may need to re-install Java. The NW Client closed the course and web browser, cleared her cache, and reopened the course. Everything worked fine.
