How the transcript appears If a VC/WK course is not passed or the learner withdraws after the course has begun:
Participants must complete all required activities and assignments in a satisfactory manner in order to receive their certificate of completion. Upon passing the course your transcript will show the course title and course date, however no data will appear under the “passed?” or “grade” columns on your transcript. If the course is not passed successfully you will receive an “Incomplete” and the course will NOT appear on your transcript.
Timeline for when the post-course exam grade populates on the transcript:
If there is a post-course certification exam associated with your course, once you take and pass that exam the score will appear under the “grade” column on your transcript. Please allow 2-4 weeks for test scores to populate on your transcript, this allows our system to receive the results from our third-party testing site.
