After you have completed an Interactive Webinar, you will then need to take a short quiz. To have the Quiz appear, you may need to clear your browser's cache.
To clear your browser's cache, press the CTRL, SHIFT, and DELETE keys at the same time. This will bring up a window allowing you to delete your cache. Each browser is different, so please follow the instructions below based on your browser.
Edge
Check "Cached images and files." Then press "Clear now."
Chrome
Select "Cached images and files" and click on "Clear data."
Firefox
Select "Cache" and click on "Clear Now."
Once your cache is cleared, refresh your course page. You should now see the Quiz button can be clicked.
If you're unsure if you can view the quiz, the bottom left of the course will have the course version and should have the word "quiz" in it. In the picture above, it's shown as "June 6 2023v2quiz." If "quiz" does not appear, try clearing your browser's cache again.
