After you have signed up for and participated in a webinar offered by NYS EMS using https://vitalsignsacademy.com/ you will need to listen for and write down a coupon code that you will use to take the quizzes on Collabornation.net
- Sign into collabornation.net and, using the menu on the left hand side, go to the course catalog. Find the course you are looking for and click learn more. You can search for the course by its name or scroll to through the list to find it.
- On the following page click the Add to Cart Button
- When you are viewing your cart you'll add the coupon code and click Apply to Order. When the coupon has been applied the cost of the course will go from $200.00 to Free
- When you see the sub total listed as $0.00 click on CHECKOUT
- On the next page you'll see a summary of your actions. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click REVIEW ORDER
- On the next page click SUBMIT ORDER - the next page will say that the quiz has been added to your account. You can click the “take course” button to take the quiz.
- Once you have finished and passed the quiz your certificate will appear.
