Admins can set up emails to let their employees know of courses they've assigned to them, or time remaining on an assignment. If they send that email out and the person has a question and just hits "reply" that email will then come to Customer Support at CypherWorx/CollaborNation.  That person will then need to forward this email back to the person who originally sent it out. 


Because these emails are customizable, it would be more effective to put the name and email address right in the body of the notification.
