Effective September 30th, 2025, Kentucky Out-of-School Alliance (KYOSA) will be transition the e-Academy to a subscription model. This new subscription model will ensure the long-term sustainability of the e-Academy while allowing us to continue expanding high-quality training opportunities for Kentucky’s out-of-school time community.
To maintain access to the KYOSA e-Academy after September 30th, please follow the steps below.
1. If you already have a KYOSA e-Academy account
- Go to https://collabornation.net/login/kyosa.
- Sign in with the same email and password you used previously. This will preserve your existing courses and certificates.
2. If you are registering for the first time
- Go to the KYOSA registration page. https://collabornation.net/register/kyosa
- Enter your name, email address, and password. Click Create Account.
3. After logging in or registering, you will see the membership cost. Click Join.
4. Click Checkout.
5. Enter your billing information and click Submit.
6. Provide additional information about yourself.
7. Access your account
- Returning learners: Your account will show all previously completed courses and certificates.
- New users: Your account will be active, but no courses will appear yet.
You can now browse and enroll in courses from the Course Catalog in the left-hand menu.
