This guide is to inform you on how to reset your password!


STEP 1: Get access

  1. To access THINK Together’s CollaborNation Learning Management System (LMS), please use the following link: https://collabornation.net/login/thinktogether

    NOTE: Please do not attempt to “Sign-up” for a new account. You already have one.

  2. Enter your user login: ADPFileNumber@thinkorg
    NOTE: This login is based on your ADP file # that’s in your ADP profile and is unique to you. (MYSELF>Employment>Employment Profile>File Number).


  3. Your generic password is “temp123” (case sensitive) for your first login. Upon first login, you will be prompted to reset your password.

    Hint: Write your password down in a secure place and/or use one that you are most likely to remember.



STEP 2: Reset Your Password

Select the Forgot Think Together Password? link.



Once selected it will ask you for the following information:



Please note that a CypherWorx Customer Service Support Staff is manually resetting this password and will be emailing you. If a personal email is used please check your spam/junk folder.

If you are prompted to update your internet browser and/or JavaScript please do so using the links provided. If you run into any issues updating your software, you may do any of the following:

  1. Submit a help ticket using CollaborNation’s support link
  2. Call the Support line at 888-685-4440 during normal support hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
