Individuals returning home to their communities can continue to access trainings, custom learning paths that cover topics from how to use computers to managing money to career planning, and registry of organizations that support reintegration. To learn more about this program, please visit the ViaPath Reintegration page.
To get started, go to https://collabornation.net/register/viapathreentry and register an account. You will be asked to provide the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password
You will be asked to confirm to join the site. Click on Join (Free).
Then enter the following:
- Login ID for Tablets: This is the login ID you used to log in to the ViaPath tablets while incarcerated
- Date of Birth
- State
- Facility: You may also be asked to enter in the facility you were incarcerated in too.
You will then be assigned three items.
- Self-Assessment: Answer questions about your experiences and knowledge to receive relevant courses.
- Career Readiness: A learning path that guides you through a variety of courses to prepare you for a career.
- Welcome to ViaPath Education, Reentry & Reintegration: A course that shows you how to use the site.
