Notification when New Course in catalog is added...

Hi there! I'm finding these courses to be really insightful and I'm curious to learn more about topics that I might not otherwise feel like I had access to insight on. I was wondering if there was a way to setup email notifications when a new course is added to the course catalog? If this feature currently exists, can you please tell me how to configure this? I already checked the Notifications settings page but I didn't see that it would notify me of new courses except those assigned to me which I'm not currently being assigned - except by myself :)
To make this even more robust, perhaps we can customize which category of courses we can "subscribe" to in order to find new courses about a specific category?
