The All Learners page shows a list of all learners in the current reporting scope. This gives a high level overview of the number of courses owned by each person, along with the last time that they have logged in.
The Account Active column shows the learner's account status.
- Yes: The person's account is active and they are able to log in to take courses.
- No: The account has been made inactive in Site Members by a site administrator.
- No*: The account has been made inactive by a CypherWorx employee. Please contact us to reactivate their account.
Going to each learner's page will show all training completed by the person.
