As an admin, you have the ability to view all your learners' certificates of completion. There are a few different ways to view their certificates, which will be listed below.
1. Reporting
You can view all courses completed in Reporting. To do so, go to Admin Tools > Reporting.
You can also view our more in-depth article on Reporting for more details.
Once in reporting, you can then search for an individual person, or go to the All Learners tab, then select the learner below.
If you only want to download one of their certificates, you can find all individual records on this page. Simply find the course, then click on the link under Certificate to view their individual certificate.
If you want to download all of their certificates, In the Learner box click on View Transcript.
Under Training Records and Documents, click on Download Certificates. This will download all their certificates in one zip file.
2. Site Members
You can also download all of their certificates from the Site Members page. When on this page, click on the person's profile icon to the left.
On their profile page, you can then click Download Certificate, which will download all certificates as a zip file.
You could also click on View Transcript.
Then under Training Records and Documents, click on Download Certificates. This will download all their certificates in a zip file.
3. Custom Reports
You can also use Custom Reports to access certificates of completion. This allows you to set the exact fields that you would like to retrieve for a report.
To do so, go to Admin Tools > Custom Reports. Then click on Create a New Report.
On this page you can select any field for your report. At a minimum, we suggest selecting:
- Learner's name
- Course Title
- Course Lesson Status
- Learner has Certificate
Once you've selected all your fields, run the report.
You can then click on the Certificate link to view their certificate. These reports can be saved and run at a later time if you wish to run the same report multiple times.
