When creating or editing an event, the event creator has the ability to toggle Approval Required. This gives the event creator control over who is assigned a seat for events.

  • Yes. Admins must approve the learner before they are assigned the seat.
  • No. The first learners to enroll will automatically get the seat.

If you select that it's required for learners to get admin approval, an admin will need to manually approve learners to be admitted to the event.

To do so, go to the Event. You will see the learners will have a status of Pending. Click on Edit This Event.

Go to the Registrations section. You will see a list of learners who are registered for the event. You will see a dropdown where you can change their status to be Accepted, Pending, or Declined. Select a status and then save the event.
