When you complete a course, you should receive a notification that you have completed it and have earned a certificate of completion. You can read more about earning and viewing certificates.
If the certificate does not appear when you complete a course, please try the following to have it appear:
- Ensure that you have completed the course. Make sure you reach the end of the course and have completed all the requirements on the last page. This might include listening to all the audio, watching the entire video, and interacting with everything on the page.
- Try closing and re-opening the course.
