It's possible while taking a course to receive an error message:
A fatal error has occured, communication with the server has been lost.
This may appear if either of the following happens
1. You have lost access to the Internet.
2. The course was re-opened in another browser, window, or tab.
Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and that the course isn't opened in another window.
